Care Manager/Property Manager

Michael J. Peterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personal and residential management. His journey into care and service began early, inspired by his mother, a dedicated special education teacher, whom he supported for many years. Later, he provided care and support for his mother-in-law following her diagnosis with multiple sclerosis—an experience that deepened his commitment to helping others.

This passion led Michael to serve as Director of Business Development for a Los Angeles-based nonprofit affiliated with the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In this role, he built strong community partnerships, led impactful initiatives, and helped improve the lives of countless individuals and families.

Michael specializes in optimizing operational systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading complex projects. He is known for his ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with clients and their support networks, always striving to help them achieve both short- and long-term goals.

Before transitioning into care and property management, Michael had a successful career in the entertainment industry as a professional dancer and actor, performing internationally and appearing on numerous television shows. His creative background continues to fuel his passion for the arts.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys reading, weightlifting, exploring new places with his wife and four children, and giving back to the community through advocacy and mentorship.
