Melissa is passionate about helping older adults and their families navigate life's transitions with confidence and support. With a background in social work, memory care, and senior services, she brings a caring, practical approach to advocating for the individuals she serves.

Throughout her career, Melissa has worked closely with seniors living with dementia and other care needs, leading support programs, guiding families, and building strong relationships based on trust and compassion. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree. 

Melissa is known for her warmth, patience, and commitment to helping clients maintain dignity, independence, and the best possible quality of life.
